For international shipments, some origins & destinations require some documents to clear the shipment where additional customs and duties charges will be applied to recipient, in addition to processing time that's not the responsibility of GoZagel or the courier, rather by customs authorities.
Certain items may be restricted or prohibited, so review customs guidelines carefully before shipping.
