This feature allows you to save your address once and reuse it for future shipments. With a single click, your saved details will autofill into your shipment request, saving you time and effort.



Prefer not to register an account? No problem. You can still check shipping rates directly through our Rate Calculator

Just enter the origin and destination countries and cities to receive shipping quotes from various carriers.


Important Notes:
- Postal code is optional for shipments within Egypt or other Arab countries. However, it is required for shipments to Europe, the U.S., and most other regions.
- Be sure to input the exact dimensions of your package (length × width × height), as shipping costs are influenced by volumetric weight, calculated as:
(length × width × height) ÷ 5000

Shipment Types:
- If you're sending documents, we recommend checking out our article on standard paper sizes for guidance.
- For parcels, refer to our packaging guide to ensure proper handling and secure delivery.

Note: The minimum weight you can enter is 0.5 kg.

Once all information is entered, click “Quote” to view available shipping offers. Estimated delivery times are provided automatically by the courier companies, not by Gozagel to get more accurate time and details we highly advice contacting our customer service team.

Shipping Options:
- Zagel Prime is fulfilled by different shipping companies Like Aramex and typically delivers within 4–6 business days.
- Zagel Express is shipped by different shipping companies Like FedEx with an estimated delivery time of up to 5 business days.

Economy shipping is usually the most affordable option and may deliver in a similar timeframe as Priority services. However, delays of around two business days or more can occur due to flight logistics. If time sensitivity is critical, we strongly recommend choosing Priority.
